Returning an online purchase with Shyp is very similar to the standard shipping experience. Launch the app, and when you add a new shipment, you’ll see an option dedicated to online returns.
Snap a photo of the items you’re returning, and select the retailer where you bought them. We provide a list of featured retailers, as well as an option for ‘All other retailers’ if you don’t see yours listed.
For all retailers, you’ll need to print your items’ prepaid label and have it ready in-hand when your courier arrives. If your retailer did not provide a prepaid label, we’ll return your items using the lowest cost shipping rate. As well as the $5 pickup fee, we also charge a $5 handling fee for all online returns. You'll see this clearly displayed in the app before you request a pickup.
